In general, music becomes an inseparable part of human life even throughout a person's life. From an early age, for example, children have been sung by parents, then they start to recognise cheerful children's songs, then follow existing music trends, to the elderly who listen to nostalgic songs. Various musical functions are (Budhisantoso, 19944; Merriam 1968; and Merrit, 2003):

· Provide aesthetic pleasure

· Provide relaxation or entertainment

· Symbolic representation

· Physical response

· Strengthen conformity to social norms and norms

· Religious ritual media

· Maintain cultural continuity and stability

· Educational and learning media

The thing to be emphasised is the link between music and a person's healing and mental state. According to Sunarko (1988) music is a statement of the contents of the human heart that is expressed in the form of a regular sound with beautiful melodies, rhythms, and harmonies. Therefore, music affects a person's thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Here are some of the benefits of music:

· Helps reduce stress

Music can be used as a means of meditation, calming the mind, and encouraging relaxation

· Helps manage pain

Music is a non-invasive, safe, and inexpensive intervention that people who are experiencing pain can take advantage of, both medical and psychological.

The tunes and lyrics of songs can encourage a person's mood to be more energised, positive thinking, and thermotitivation.

· Reduce symptoms of depression

Music and songs are often used as tools to express thoughts and feelings. Including in a state of anxiety, anxiety, and depression even

In addition to calming thoughts and feelings, music can also have an effect on physiological functions, for example slow rhythmic music can slow the pulse and heart in addition to lowering blood pressure and balancing stress hormone levels.

Currently, it is felt that many musicians also release songs related to mental states, both 'positive vibes' and deep feelings of heart. The following is a list of songs that may be appropriate:

· Calm down – Yura

· Hug Me for Your Weird – Fiersa Besari
