The Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) at Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital (RSMM) serves as the vanguard in managing and delivering public information in accordance with the principles of openness and accountability. This is in line with Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure (KIP), which mandates every public agency to provide information to the public quickly, accurately, on time, and with simple procedures.

The appointment of PPID at Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital was carried out through the Decree of the President Director Number HK.02.03/D.XXXV/012/2024, so that the PPID of RSMM is able to carry out its duties and functions in accordance with the applicable public information service standards at the provincial and national levels.

TASKS & FUNCTIONS

Task

To carry out Public Information Management within the scope of the National Mental Health Center of Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital.

Function

1. Provision of Public Information Services;
2. Collection and dissemination of Public Information;
3. submission of proposals for the List of Excluded Public Information to the Main PPID for consequence testing;
4. preparation of semester and annual reports on the implementation of Public Information Management.
